Senior UX/UI Designer
Full-Time
Remote
Portuguese-speaking only
We're a fully remote digital product agency based in Portugal building websites and web applications for B2B companies around the world. Our work spans website redesigns, internal tools, dashboards, and MVPs: always with a sharp eye for design and a focus on outcomes.
Our clients range from bootstrapped SaaS companies to established international businesses, and many of them have been with us for years. We've picked up an Awwwards honorable mention and a TechBehemoths recognition along the way.
We're a small, senior team that operates with a lot of trust and autonomy. No micromanagement. No layers of approval for every decision.
We're looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team permanently.
You'll work directly with clients from brief to delivery: translating their goals into interfaces that are both functionally sharp and visually strong. You'll move fluidly between two worlds: conversion-focused marketing sites (often built in Framer or Webflow) and B2B web applications (dashboards, internal tools, MVPs).
This isn't a Head of Design role but you will be a design leader on the team. You'll mentor junior designers, set the bar on quality, and shape how we work. The more you bring, the more room there is to grow into something larger.
This is not a pixel-pushing role. We need someone who can think, communicate, lead, and manage their own time and priorities without being chased.
Own design work end-to-end: from discovery and wireframing through to polished, developer-ready UI.
Design and ship high-converting marketing sites: landing pages, full B2B sites, product pages.
Design web applications: dashboards, internal tools and SaaS MVPs that balance UX rigor with visual polish.
Build sites in Framer or Webflow when the project calls for it (or work tightly with developers when it doesn't).
Communicate directly with clients: ask the right questions, manage expectations, and present your work with confidence.
Make design decisions independently, without needing constant sign-off.
Work closely with developers to ensure design translates accurately into the final product.
Mentor junior designers on the team: review work, share feedback, and raise the bar.
Contribute to how we work: processes, tools, and design standards.
5+ years in UX/UI / product design, with strong work in both marketing sites and web apps.
A portfolio that proves both sides: marketing sites that convert and look exceptional, and application UI that solves real product problems.
Deep expertise in Figma: components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
Native or fluent Portuguese speaker (this role is open to Portuguese speakers only).
C-level English, written and spoken: you're communicating directly with international clients.
Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders: you can hold a conversation, push back when needed, and keep things moving.
Seniority that shows: you've made hard calls, owned outcomes, and learned from both.
Strong self-management: you own your time and priorities, flag blockers early, and don't need to be chased.
A mentoring instinct: you get satisfaction from helping less experienced designers improve, not just from your own output.
Proactive by nature: you flag problems early, propose solutions, and don't wait to be told what to do next.
Experience in a product agency or studio environment.
Familiarity with B2B products, SaaS, or complex web applications.
Basic understanding of frontend constraints (knowing what's easy vs. expensive to build).
Experience leading small design efforts or directing freelancers.
Experience with Framer or Webflow: you can take a design from concept to live site yourself.
Base salary: €32,000–€38,000/year (×14 months) — ~€2,286–€2,714/month.
Meal allowance: €10.46/day via Coverflex meal card.
Wellness stipend: €50/month.

Annual team retreat
Once a year, we bring everyone together for a week of collaboration, good food, and getting to know each other beyond Slack messages.
Permanent contract, with a 90-day probation period. We're hiring for the long term: the trial is just to make sure it's the right fit on both sides.
