Challenge
Overview
Building on our work in YouShip’s marketing website and web app, we concluded our partnership with a complete redesign of their mobile app. This end-to-end collaboration had a 360º impact across all YouShip products, ensuring a consistent and unique user experience across every platform.
DESIGN SYSTEM
Once we defined the project's goals, we began by creating a design system: the set of reusable components that would allow us to build new, consistent looking pages within the YouShip brand.
onboarding
An onboarding is a crucial part of any mobile app, as it shapes the user’s first impression. To ensure a meaningful start, our team created a custom onboarding that conveys YouShip’s mission.
Main Screens
Flows built for every delivery step
When designing the main screens, we ensured the simplicity and clarity necessary for a delivery app. With YouShip's app, the user can not only choose from two options — Send order and Receive order — but also find specific services through the available categories.
Delivery
As a delivery app, our team understood the main flow would be the journey from ordering to receiving an order. So, we focused on making deliveries effortless from start to finish.
REAL-TIME TRACKING
Never lose your order
One of YouShip's features focuses on a Real-Time Tracking menu, that allows the user to see where their carrier and order is. For this, we transmitted security by making every detail clear.
Transporters
A version of YouShip for everyone
Together with it's common version, we designed a version for transporters, allowing couriers to see the their route sand optimize them at any point.
Partners
A specific YouShip version just for partners
The last part of designing YouShip's mobile app focused on the partner's version of the app. This is where services can manage their inventory, orders and business information in an easy, accessible way.
