Challenge
Overview
We partnered with the YouShip team to redesign and improve the user experience of their web app. Our focus was on creating a more organized, modern and visually engaging platform that reflects their brand and improves user interaction.
DESIGN SYSTEM
To start this project, we built a custom design system that became the backbone of the entire YouShip experience. Through it, we brought structure and efficiency to every YouShip interface.
Registration
Our goal while designing the registration flow was to minimize friction and guide users step by step, ensuring anyone can create an account with ease.
New oRDERs
Managing orders with ease
Through the orders dashboard, our team ensured users can keep everything in one place: people can quickly filter and search through past and active deliveries and even create a new order without leaving the page. This approach makes managing shipments simple and stress-free.
Delivery Details

While designing the delivery details screen, we allowed users to easily enter their data and understand their route's order with ease.
Checkout
The next step in the YouShip redesign process was creating a checkout page. For this, our team focused on speed and simplicity. Users can now shop from any store with a clear purchase summary and delivery details.

Through the notification system in the Delivery Details screen, we keep the information clear and immediate, allowing the user to get timely updates on their order.
